The Polokwane Local Municipality proposed the establishment of a mixed-use extension of Seshego, at Polokwane in the Limpopo Province. The township development, on a 121ha section of the 184ha property, was proposed to consist of residential and business stands, as well as schools, places of worship, public open space (parks) and stands for municipal use.
The aim of the development was to improve access to housing and provide an integrated, multi-use community for residents. Polygon undertook an Environmental Impact Assessment, and Environmental Authorisation was issued in 2018. Development has not yet commenced.
